Organizacija is an interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research in management, organizational science, human resources, and information systems.

The journal publishes original empirical, theoretical, and methodological contributions that enhance the understanding of organizational phenomena and management practices.

The journal encompasses a diverse range of analytical perspectives, including organizations of varying sizes and sectors, their internal structures, and the networks within which they operate.

Organizacija (Journal of Management, Informatics and Human Resources) is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the University of Maribor.

The journal is published four times per year (February, May, August, and November).

All articles are published in English and are made available online in an open-access format.

The journal operates on a continuous submission basis, with manuscripts accepted year-round.

The journal uses plagiarism detection tools to ensure the originality of submissions.
