Reviewers’ Ethics The reviewer should evaluate a manuscript within their area of expertise. If the submitted work is outside the reviewer’s competence, they must inform the editorial board. The manuscript received for review must be treated as confidential. A reviewer who knows they cannot meet the review deadline must inform the editorial board. Reviewers should remain vigilant with respect to ethical issues, especially any similarity to other works. The reviewer should evaluate the manuscript objectively. Reviewers should not evaluate manuscripts where a conflict of interest is suspected. |
