Beitrag zur Charakterisierung des potenziellen C13-Norisoprenoid-Fingerprints von Trauben der Rebsorte Blaufränkisch anhand verschiedener burgenländischer Standort-Rieden-Kombinationen
Abstract
Blaufränkisch is an upcoming grape variety on the national and international market. To date, there is very little research on the grape variety available on the evidence base of which viticultural and oenological decisions can be made to enhance its typicity and quality. However, preliminary studies have shown that C13-norisoprenoid profiles are of interest for the grape variety. In the course of this study, Blaufränkisch grapes were sampled at five different times (beginning: véraison; end: harvest) and analyzed with respect to bound C13-norisoprenoids. Furthermore, twelve different Blaufränkisch sitevineyard combinations, distributed over the entire Burgenland (Austria), were selected in order to identify possible factors influencing the content of C13-norisoprenoids in grapes of the Blaufränkisch variety for subsequent studies. The factors defoliation, temperature, green harvest and soil management were included.
