For reviewers
Guidelines for Reviewers Reviewers should accept an invitation only if they have appropriate expertise and can complete the review within the requested timeframe. Reviews must be objective, constructive, confidential, and based solely on scholarly quality. Reviewers must disclose relevant competing interests and decline the invitation where an independent assessment cannot be ensured. Manuscripts and other unpublished materials must not be shared or used for personal or professional advantage. Reviews must be prepared personally by the appointed reviewer; generative AI tools must not be used to prepare the review, and confidential submission materials must not be uploaded to publicly available generative AI systems. Suspected plagiarism, fabrication, undisclosed competing interests, or other serious ethical concerns should be reported confidentially to the journal, not raised directly with the author. Reviews should be submitted using the journal’s review form and should provide a clear, reasoned assessment and recommendation.
