This paper is going to present an approach to developing language competencies both in teachers and students on the example of the Technical College of Applied Sciences in Niš, Serbia at the departments of Modern Computer and Communication Technologies with the idea to draw attention to the advantages of this approach which has been tested in practice over the years.
