Peer review process
The Scientific Bulletin is a double-blind peer review in which neither the authors nor the reviewers know each other's identities. It is an academic, biannually published publication of the "Nicolae Balcescu" Land Forces Academy in Sibiu, issued in English. It aims to present various approaches to the following domains: Military Sciences, Public Administration, Social and Humanities Sciences, Management, and Technical Sciences, with high relevance for the security and defence system. There are no article processing charges or article submission charges.
