For reviewers
Independent domestic and foreign reviewers with no competitive, collaborative, or other relationship with the author(s) of the manuscript are selected based on their qualifications, expertise, experience, and/or academic research activities in the relevant field. The evaluation should be objective, well-argued, clearly formulated, and prepared in accordance with the review form. The review form is provided upon request. The reviewer should immediately inform the scientific editor if he/she feels that he/she does not have sufficient expertise to prepare a review within the required deadline and quality, or if he/she suspects plagiarism. The reviewer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all the information provided regarding manuscripts during the review process. The reviewer's responsibility is also to check manuscripts for compliance with the template for preparing publications.
