In addition to publishing the scientific journal ACC JOURNAL and organizing regular conferences for young scientists in the Neisse-Nisa-Nysa Euroregion "Young Scientists Conference", the Academic Coordination Center (ACC) organizes a Euroregional conference, where the overarching topics of scientific subjects from the border triangle of the Czech Republic, Poland, and Germany (mainly Saxony) are discussed and coordinated. The aim is to support the creation of a trinational "campus", where transnational and transdisciplinary research on the main challenges of today is supported with a special focus on the region. The conference is always organized by the university, whose rector has been the president of the ACC for three years.
The first year, organized by the International Institute (IHI) Zittau in IBZ St. Marienthal in October 2023, focused on "From Change to Transformation". The second year, organized by the Technical University of Liberec in September 2025 under the title "Cross-Border Projects and Their Contribution to the Development of the University Platform in the Euregion Neisse", presented cross-border cooperation projects and identified some main directions for future joint research.
