Die ResilienzRente: Ein Reformkonzept für eine leistungsgerechte Rentenversicherung
By: Robert M. Rühl
Abstract
The pension debate revolves around outdated concepts – yet demographic challenges demand different approaches. The ‘ResilienzRente’ presents a model that addresses the structural disadvantage of lower life expectancy associated with lower incomes. A simulation of the effects up to 2060 shows that pension stability and contribution fairness can be effectively combined through degressive mechanisms.
