Abstract
The article presents opportunities for the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the field of public administration, with a particular focus on the areas of healthcare and justice. The authors pointed out both the opportunities and risks behind AI. The article points out that the dynamic development of solutions based on artificial intelligence has become a strategic factor in the management of public administration units. In addition, advances in artificial intelligence have created a number of opportunities for the use of AI solutions in the public sector, which are signaled in this article.
