Abstract
A series of factors are acting are acting on the wheels of the railway vehicle causing load transfers capable of having an effect on safety transportation The evaluation of vehicle – runway interaction phenomena establishes traffic safety conditions. In this paper we present a three-dimensional approach of the wheel - railway contact in case of load transfer and for a path with shortfall or with profile S78 super-elevation excess.
