Abstract
Is the act of leading small groups or not influenced by the level of emotional intelligence? This is the question that was the foundation of this paper. The benefits of self-awareness of the respondents were checked in terms of emphasising their leader features in order to use them. All these were possible by means of a minimum psychological education of the subjects.
