Abstract

Aortic perforation is a rare and potentially fatal complication during percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). This Interactive CME Case presents the case of a 47-year-old man who developed cardiac tamponade secondary to iatrogenic aortic perforation during PCI—a true nightmare.
