Aims and scope

The Slovak Journal of Civil Engineering (SJCE) is an international open-access scientific journal published by the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. It aims to cover the interests and needs of civil engineering scientists, applied researchers, advanced practitioners, and professionals. The SJCE is a multidisciplinary forum for presenting original contributions in the broad field of civil engineering. The Journal covers topics in Architecture and Construction Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Materials Engineering, Structural Engineering, Water and Sanitary Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Surveying and Geodesy. Submitted manuscripts should report on original work which may cover either scientific or technological developments. Interdisciplinary contributions that cover the socioeconomic or environmental aspects of civil engineering are also welcome.
