Aims and scope

Psychosociological Issues in Human Resource Management publishes mainly original empirical research and review articles focusing on hot emerging topics, e.g. the algorithmic management of labor, workplace automation, employee microchip implants, workplace wearable devices, the artificial intelligence recruitment process, predictive hiring algorithms, virtual employee engagement and immersive workspaces, the commodification of digital labor in the gig economy, non-standard work arrangements in digital labor markets, digital services mediated by online labor platforms, COVID-19-related psychological distress, etc. This journal considers only manuscripts having a high integrative value in the current Scopus- and Web of Science-indexed literature (i.e., citing preponderantly Q1 and Q2 sources published in the past two years).
