Aims and scope
Landform Analysis publishes double-blind peer-reviewed papers across the full scope of geomorphology from theoretical considerations to applied approaches. Geomorphological works with a broad environmental aspect, e.g. geological, stratigraphical, lithological, hydrological climatological etc., are particularly valuable. Scope of Landform Analysis includes all geomorphological aspects of processes, landforms, and deposits: tectonic, structural, volcanic, denudational, mass movement (slope), fluvial, glacial, proglacial, periglacial, paraglacial, karstic, aeolian, littoral, coastal, marine and so on, and also geohazards, geodiversity, and geoheritage. Particular emphasis is placed on the geomorphology of the Pleistocene, Quaternary, Holocene, and Anthropocene ages and from local to global spatial scales. Articles on geomorphological matters of methods, quantitative analyses, modelling, GIS, LiDAR, and remote sensing are also accepted. Landform Analysis publishes original scientific papers. |
