The 11th Annual International Seminar on Trend in Science and Science Education (AISTSSE) 2024

AISTSSE 2024 has been organized as a platform for researchers, academicians, educators, school principals, government agencies, and consultants to share their insights on trends in science and science education. The committee is deeply honored by the participation of approximately 104 speakers and attendees from five different countries: the United States of America (USA), Australia, Japan, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

Participants include representatives from 10 universities across Indonesia and other countries. This event aims to foster familiarity and interaction among participants and their international counterparts within their respective scientific disciplines. This aligns with the vision of Universitas Negeri Medan to become a world-class, character-building university.

The committee received over 100 seminar abstracts and full papers spanning topics in science education, biology, chemistry, physics, and mathematics. Most of the abstracts have been edited and compiled into a book of abstracts, which is included in the seminar kit. Currently, the seminar's full papers are in the editing stage and will soon be published in the seminar proceedings, available in both print and online formats.
