Abstract
Strengthening digital competence in teacher work creates opportunities to create a digital learning experience that promotes engagement and motivation not only to draw students' attention to the content of education, but also to ensure that students are able to purposefully apply digital information flows and learn meaningful things. In qualifying training, teachers practice using various digital tools and discovering their benefits for the effective education of students, assessing the mutual respect, reliable social ties, safety and professional meaningfulness of teachers and learners. This article analyzes the research question: How does strengthening a teacher's digital competence affect teachers' professional motivation? The aim of the study is to establish a link between teachers' digital competence and professional motivation.
