Abstract
In November 2023, a group of psychologists and friends came together at Monte Verità to celebrate the scientific contributions of a psychologist who obtained his Diploma in psychology in Bielefeld, Germany, in 1982, his PhD at the University of Oregon, USA, in 1988, and has been a professor of psychology (“Ferkeltier”) at Brown University, USA, since 1991. This special collection of Swiss Psychology Open comprises four articles attendees of this event dedicated to Joachim Krueger. In this Editorial, I join the choir and pay hommage to Joachim’s contributions to understanding projective social perception.
