Abstract
Background: To support the success of integrated care, it must be underpinned by integrated commissioning. This workshop introduces the Integrated System Commissioning Program, drawing on a decade of experience in measuring and driving system commissioning improvements in Canada, England, and Australia. Participants will gain insights into best practices, learn from real-world examples, and explore strategies to enhance their own commissioning efforts, ultimately leading to more effective and cohesive integrated care delivery systems.
