[i] Bundles of right are built thanks to the definitions of the contracts based on the IP ownership (IP license, contributor contract, brand use, etc.), but also to the project management infrastructure (e.g. commit validation rights), and to the efforts put in the project in contributing or following others’ contributions. “Alienate” refers to the ability to transfer ownership of a digital good to someone else via a specific license. This may include ending the distribution of the good under an open license.
