Abstract
With the 2017 Amsterdam Law Forum Seminar on ‘The Environment and International Law’ which united twelve excellent speakers from various fields of studies and practice, it was decided to dedicate the 2017 Summer Edition to compliment the seminar. We believe this theme reflects issues that are increasingly pressing and which require more attention and immediate action if we wish to leave a legacy and earth that would benefit future generations.
