Politikberatung in Zeiten von Poly-Krisen

The contributions from economic research institutes of the Leibniz Association discuss how scientifically sound policy advice can be provided amidst high levels of uncertainty and time pressure. Overarching themes include the collection of and access to research data on crisis-related issues, and trust in scientific institutions. Different systemic logics from politics, business, media and academia often clash. The role of academia must be to remain independent – and thus, to some extent, a thorn in the side – of these other systemic logics.
