Abstract
The phenomenon of climate change in the world has driven the transition towards a green economy by urging States and Governments to establish best practices to make the best use of the potential of a green economy for the benefit of each region. The purpose of this study is to highlight the various policies and measures taken by the States of Algeria and Uzbekistan to address the climate challenges and to transform into a green economy for sustainable development. Algeria and Uzbekistan are leading models in this area in Africa and the Central Asian region.
