Abstract

Embracing opportunities and threats of innovative development in the military defines the new performance leadership. From current partnerships, we observe that critical technologies are a vital procurement target. On the NATO 2030 Agenda, the main point remains guiding personnel to EDTs. In our view, this can be best achieved by adopting dual-use technologies in the procurement strategies. Procurement framework across the Alliance enhances a capability gap between conventional and advanced methods of engaging with the budget in the military organization. Our findings show that EDT prioritization policies become relevant to the military affairs, since working with technology increases military superiority.
