Abstract

The integration of the university graduates with disabilities into the labor market is nowadays a part of the actions and measures taken by the university management and impacts all economic sectors. Given the increasing number of students with disabilities that can access the higher education and also finalize the studies, the literature review shows the interest of the researches on this topic. The research goal is the analysis of the impact of university management styles on the integration of graduates with disabilities into the labor market. The research methos used for this study is bibliometric analysis, using the IBM SPSS Statistics software and VOSviewer tool, which reveal the co-occurrence of the keywords in the literature. The presence of terms associated with the educational process and skills development indicates that the literature increasingly analyzes the relationship between university policies, the experience of students with disabilities and the long-term results of their professional career. The results point to a noticeable increase in scientific interest in recent years, with a higher concentration of publications after 2022 and a peak around 2024. This evolution suggests that topics related to inclusive education and the integration of persons with disabilities have become increasingly present on the agenda of recent academic research. The trend reflects the interest of higher education institutions for the development of concrete policies and support mechanisms, which facilitate access, participation and transition to the labor market. The findings indicate how the university management can support the inclusion in the labor market of the students with disabilities. In addition, research contributes to the theoretical background by providing empirical evidence that enhance the current theoretical frameworks related to inclusion of students with disabilities into the labor market by the universities.
