This study examines the impact of artificial intelligence on service industries by focusing on practical applications and underlying research trends. The bibliometric analysis shows that AI-driven technologies, particularly chatbots, can boost customer engagement and make operations more efficient. Key findings indicate that artificial intelligence can boost service quality through personalized customer interactions while streamlining workflows and delivering data-driven insights. Even though technological progress continues, there is still a big gap in research about the ethical guidelines we need. These frameworks guide artificial intelligence deployment and ensure fair and transparent applications for service contexts. The bibliometric analysis demonstrates its value by revealing the rapid growth in artificial intelligence and in related publications, helping researchers find new collaborations, focus areas, and future directions. By mapping these trends, this paper highlights new opportunities for researchers and professionals who want to ethically integrate AI into service industries.
