Abstract

The article addresses a current topic in military training, namely the development of technical competencies for managing tank systems and military vehicles within bachelor’s-level education. The approach considers scalability both at the level of military organizations and, to some extent, within civilian educational organizations. The general methodological framework is provided by a comparative analysis of two training paradigms, referred to as classical and modern. The research question and, subsequently, the research objectives refer to identifying the most effective forms of knowledge acquisition for achieving training goals that are strongly correlated with current security and societal challenges in the specified field of activity. The main conclusion of the article recommends a mixed approach that combines techniques, tools, and methods specific to both paradigms analyzed.
