Abstract
The currently available communication technologies used as a medium between the main elements of unmanned aircraft systems – unmanned aerial vehicles and command centers – are discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of different types of communication technologies are analyzed, as well as the relationship between their technical parameters and the operational characteristics of the overall unmanned aerial system. General conclusions have been drawn regarding the correct selection of communication technology as a medium between the main elements of the unmanned aerial system and the tasks it solves.
