On the Curie temperature determination of nickel-zinc ferrites

Abstract

In this work, we carried out the determination of the Curie temperature of nickel-zinc ferrites. We conducted a thorough review of the available methods for its determination. From the methods considered, we selected the determination based on inflection points and on the intersection of two tangents. The resulting comparison of the obtained results showed that the latter method generally leads to higher values, differing by several degrees Celsius.
