A Product–Service System (PSS) is defined as an innovative concept that integrates products and services into solutions that meet specific customer requirements. This idea allows enterprises to build a competitive advantage, generate environmentally friendly solutions, and support sustainable development. There are many potential applications in PSS industrial practice and PSS design, but examples of the concept's use in welding are relatively rare. This research work focuses on proposing a conceptual PSS aimed at welding. This model was developed based on research in a welding company specializing in producing a wide range of high-quality steel structures, elements for machines and devices, and specialized components on individual customer orders using welding machines from renowned companies. During the research, real production problems and the needs and expectations of the welding company regarding services were analyzed. The PSS developed in this paper provides the welding company with a comprehensive offer, combining a welding machine and related services that eliminate or significantly reduce production problems while increasing operational efficiency.
