Average reduction of HPHC concentrations (puff volume adjusted yields) in THS 2.2 aerosol as a percentage of concentration in 3R4F cigarette mainstream smoke. Comparison between various combinations of regimes and two levels of filter ventilation occlusion for 3R4F (i.e., 50% and 100%). The respective puffing conditions identified by A, E, H, L and N are described in Table 1 and Table 2. The number of HPHCs (n) considered for the calculation of the average reductions varied between the different combinations of conditions.
