Abstract
The silverdiethyldithiocarbamate method has been found suitable for determining small quantities of arsenic in tobacco. It is as sensitive and about as precise as the Gutzeit method, but its performance is easier and less complicated. The method described is therefore particularly recommended for sporadic analyses.
