Abstract
In the digital era of continuous technological development, it is necessary to pay increasing attention to the dangers of new technologies and focus on their correct use. The aim of the study is to investigate the impact of the use of digital technologies on the mental and physical health of children and adolescents, and identify the most common health risks associated with it. It presets the analysis of existing prevention models and their effectiveness in the context of health promotion in the digital age based on the literature review. It also highlights the development of new prevention models taking into account the specificity of the use of digital technologies by children and adolescents.
