Change in the expression of genes: JHDM1D, PHF8, HDAC1, HDAC2 and HDAC3 in the saphenous vein in relation to the expression in the internal thoracic artery - vessels taken from patients who underwent CABG surgery. Total RNA was reverse transcribed and cDNA was analyzed by relative quantification by RT-qPCR. JHDM1D, PHF8, HDAC1, HDAC2 and HDAC3 mRNA levels were adjusted for PBGD and ACTB levels
