The representative picture of SDS-PAGE indicated the expression of PLIϒ proteins in the soluble (left side) and inclusion forms (right side) (A) was demonstrated. The chromatogram of PLIϒ after the purification by the HisTrap FF column (B) and the PLIϒ protein isolated from the column (the magnified peak with the red-colored alphabets in B) was tested for the purification as indicated in SDS-PAGE (C). The amino acid sequence of isolated PLIϒ, as performed by LC–MS/MS, was also shown (D).
