Nové mapy korozní agresivity Èeské republiky / Up-dated maps of atmospheric corrosivity for Czech Republic

Abstract
The atmospheric corrosion and classifi cation of atmospheric corrosivity is long-term subject of study of SVUOM. In co-operation with CGS the maps of atmospheric corrosion rates and corrosivity categories were created for carbon steel, weathering steel, zinc, copper, bronze and aluminium in 2001. The paper presents actual approach to modelling atmospheric corrosion for the Czech Republic which is based on modified dose-response functions including climatic data, air pollution and newly the effect of de-icing salts around the highways.
