Emergence and Development of Civil-Military Cooperation
Abstract
The report examines the emergence and development of CIMIC. It analyses the reasons for its emergence, and states guidelines in its development. This will contribute to a better understanding of the relationship between civil environment and military forces in the face of civil-military cooperation.
