Abstract
The requirements of functions in organizations, in general, military organization in particular, with specific educational programs, constitute the premises and purpose of developing a specific behavior, which is based on moral principles and operational procedures.
After forming the behavior required to fulfill certain tasks and the culture of security to meet normative acts, in this case rules to achieve protection of classified information, during management in the information flow, the psycho-social development of the individual in the organization and society and the situational random conjecture, sometimes controllable, can cause vulnerabilities that lead to the data and also to the classified information being compromised.
