Insidious Mass Within a Sinus
Abstract
A 75-year-old patient with a past medical history of coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, diabetes mellitus, and hypertension was incidentally found to have an intra-cardiac mass by echocardiography performed at an outside institution. Subsequently, the patient underwent cardiac MRI to confirm the presence and extent of the mass.
