Abstract
Review / Reseña: John Lindsay-Poland. Plan Colombia: U.S. Ally Atrocities and Community Activism (2018).
Fifteen years after Emperors in the Jungle: The Hidden History of the U.S. in Panama (2003), John Lindsay-Poland has written a second book that reflects the author’s profound personal and professional contempt for the violence meted out by US military incursions in Latin America. Like Emperors, Plan Colombia draws on expert research in primary and secondary sources (though no archival investigation).
