Aims and scope
The journal provides a platform for the dissemination of current research on the archaeology and heritage of the Silk Roads, and a forum for dialogue on its significance. Extensive research is currently taking place along the Silk Roads, reflecting a long tradition of scholarly research on long distance interactions and cultural transmission. The journal has a wide geographic scope, reflecting current work across Eurasia, along the overland and maritime Silk Routes. It will provide an Open Access outlet for researchers to reach an international audience.
