Vidyodaya Journal of Management

The Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce (FMSC), University of Sri Jayewardenepura (USJ), Sri Lanka publishes Vidyodaya Journal of Management (VJM) which is a double blind peer reviewed journal. VJM disseminates and shares new knowledge among academics, professionals and other pertinent parties by publishing high quality research papers in the areas of business, management and relevant multidisciplinary studies. The ultimate criterion for a paper to be accepted in VJM is that, it should significantly contribute to the development of coherent bodies of knowledge, so that an informed reader is likely to learn something new from it. VJM also emphasize that the lessons for practice needed to be grounded in rigorous theoretical and empirical research.
