NSBM Journal of Management is published by the National School of Business Management (NSBM), Colombo.
The principal objective of the journal is to provide a medium for disseminating findings of study and research addressing issues, practices and developments in Management. Scholars and practioners are invited to publish their work in the field of Management taking either a positivistic or a nonpositivistic approach. Thereby, the journal promotes free and unbiased opinion, networking and sharing of experiences on matters of importance to organizations and society.
