“Ovidius” University Annals of Constanta - Series CIVIL ENGINEERING (OUACSCE) is an international, multidisciplinary forum for the publication of original contributions and the exchange of knowledge and experience on the technical engineering areas.
OUACSCE journal publishes original papers within the broad field of civil engineering which includes, but is not limited to, the following: Construction Materials and Technology, Computational Methods in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Seismic Engineering, Hydraulics and Fluid Mechanics, Hydraulic Structures, Irrigation and Drainage, Water Supply, Sewage System, Hydrology and Hydrogeology, Environment Protection, Coastal Engineering, Waterway and Ports, Geotechnical Engineering, Management in Civil Engineering, GIS Applications.
