Reviewers assist the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board in making editorial decisions and contribute to improving the quality of manuscripts through constructive, objective, and academically grounded feedback.

Reviews should be conducted objectively, professionally, and supported by clear arguments, with particular attention to the scientific quality, originality, relevance, and methodological soundness of the manuscript.

Reviewers evaluate whether:

• the manuscript fits within the aims and scope of the journal,
• the research methodology is appropriate and scientifically valid,
• the results and conclusions are clearly presented and adequately supported,
• the manuscript represents a meaningful scientific contribution to the field.

Reviewers are expected to identify relevant published work that has not been properly cited and to notify the Editorial Board of any possible ethical concerns, plagiarism, data manipulation, or other forms of academic misconduct.

Reviewers must declare any actual or potential conflicts of interest and should decline to review manuscripts when such conflicts exist or when the manuscript falls outside their area of expertise.

All manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents. Reviewers must not use unpublished materials, data, or ideas obtained during the review process for personal or professional benefit without the authors’ explicit written consent.
