Reviewers assist the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board in making editorial decisions and contribute to improving the quality of manuscripts through constructive, objective, and academically grounded feedback.

Reviews should be conducted objectively, professionally, and supported by clear arguments, with particular attention to the scientific quality, originality, relevance, methodological soundness, and overall contribution of the manuscript.

Reviewers evaluate whether:

• the manuscript fits within the aims and scope of the Journal;
• the research question and objectives are clearly defined;
• the methodology is appropriate and scientifically valid;
• the analysis is sufficiently rigorous;
• the results and conclusions are clearly presented and adequately supported;
• the manuscript engages appropriately with relevant literature;
• the manuscript represents a meaningful scientific contribution to the field;
• the manuscript complies with relevant ethical and academic standards.

Reviewers are expected to identify relevant published work that has not been properly cited and to notify the Editorial Board of any possible ethical concerns, plagiarism, duplicate publication, data manipulation, inappropriate authorship, citation manipulation, or other forms of academic misconduct.

Reviewers must declare any actual, potential, or perceived conflicts of interest and should decline to review manuscripts when such conflicts exist or when the manuscript falls outside their area of expertise.

All manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents. Reviewers must not disclose information concerning the manuscript to third parties and must not use unpublished materials, data, methods, arguments, or ideas obtained during the review process for personal, academic, professional, or commercial benefit without the authors’ explicit written permission.

Reviewers should complete their assessments within the timeframe specified by the Journal. If a reviewer is unable to complete the review within the requested period, the Editorial Office should be informed as soon as possible.

Reviews should be respectful, constructive, evidence-based, and free from personal criticism, discriminatory language, or inappropriate comments.

Reviewers must not contact authors directly regarding a manuscript unless expressly authorised by the Editorial Board.

Reviewers are required to use the Journal’s official Review Form when evaluating manuscripts submitted for consideration.

The completed Review Form should be submitted to the Journal in accordance with the instructions provided by the Editorial Office.

By accepting a review assignment, reviewers confirm that they will conduct the review independently, confidentially, objectively, and in accordance with the Journal’s editorial and publication ethics standards.
