Artificial Satellites

Artificial Satellites is a peer-reviewed open access journal affiliated with the Centrum Badań Kosmicznych Polskiej Akademii Nauk (Space Research Centre of the Polish Academy of Sciences). The journal provides a forum for original research in planetary geodesy, satellite geodesy, geodynamics, space research and related areas of Earth and space sciences.

The journal welcomes papers on topics including GNSS positioning and navigation, satellite and terrestrial geodetic observations, Earth’s gravity field, geoid and height systems, reference frames, Earth rotation, tides, satellite orbit determination, ionosphere and troposphere studies, remote sensing, near-Earth space environment, space physics and space engineering.
The journal publishes original research papers presenting new concepts, theories, models, processing methods and computational approaches, as well as studies demonstrating innovative applications of existing methods and technologies.
