Bishop Morley of Winchester 1598-1684

Andrew Thomson read History at King’s College London in the 1950s and taught the subject at Further Education level up until retirement, devoting himself t research throughout his career. He was awarded his PhD from the University of London in 2004 and has since produced books and articles on the bishops, clergy, and church courts of C17th England.
