Erika Kihlman received her PhD from Stockholm University in 2006 and has since worked on textual cricism and critical editions of medieval commentaries and other teaching-related texts. Denis Searby received his PhD from Uppsala University in 1998 after having first studied at Columbia University. He has worked on the Greek anecdotal tradition, the reception of Thomas Aquinas in Byzantium and the Revelationes of Saint Birgitta. He is a professor at Stockholm University and was also one of the founding members of the Ars edendi research programme and acted as its co-director for the duration of the programme.
