Aims and scope
The 4th International Conference and 12th National Conference titled "Quality of the Future – The Future of Quality" (QFFQ) is organized by the Department of Quality Management of Krakow University of Economics in Poland. The QFFQ2024 conference is an opportunity to exchange scientific information and meet scientists interested in various aspect of quality. QFFQ2024 conference takes place at Krakow University of Economics in Poland, on 5-6th of June 2024.
The aim of the conference is to exchange experiences and views, both within the scientific community and among practitioners dealing with quality management. The changes that have taken place in recent years mean that concepts based on quality management are, on the one hand, gaining in importance, but on the other hand, they require a new approach - in accordance with the concept of continuous improvement. Conference participants have the opportunity to share their latest research results, experiences, successes and challenges related to the development of modern quality management. The conference may result in the identification and analysis of the latest trends and achievements in the field of quality management related to modern technologies, innovations and changing customer expectations. Our conference is an excellent opportunity to establish new professional and scientific contacts, exchange ideas and cooperate between representatives of the world of science, representatives and practitioners of various industries and sectors focused on quality, both at home and abroad.
